Do I need a healthcare license to become a rep?
No. The rep program is open to any motivated person, whatever your clinical background. Reps must represent FA products honestly and must not make medical claims.
How are commissions paid?
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid by direct deposit on the 15th of the following month. You can track referrals, clicks and earnings in real time in your rep dashboard. The minimum payout is $50.
Do I have to buy or hold inventory?
No. Customers order through your rep link and First Alternatives handles fulfillment, warranty and returns. Bronze entry is $1,500 in purchases, which typically means owning the technology you demo.
How do I move up a tier?
Tiers follow your three-year sales volume: Silver at $50,000 and Gold at $250,000. Gold reps can recruit and manage their own team and earn a 5% override on sub-rep sales.
What happens after I apply?
The FA team reviews every application personally and replies within 2 business days. Approved reps book a 90-minute onboarding call to get their link, assets and dashboard.
Can I do the rep program and another FA program at the same time?
Yes. Reps can also join the Research Partners program to earn data compensation alongside commissions, and franchise operators can be reps too.
